The PC game controller always seemed to be highly advanced in the mid 90s and early 2000s, but it always had to be pushing itself with titles such as flight simulators and the likes.

The USB game controller was always perfect and easy to program to work with any game you wished, but somehow always came across as a job just for nerds. PC gaming controllers needed to step back a bit, and look at home consoles for a little help. Its only when this happened that games started to flourish on the whole spectrum of gaming. All of a sudden Xbox controllers that can be used with PC's made gaming so much more appealing and open to the mass gaming universe.

All of a sudden everyone is playing FIFA Soccer or NFL Madden on non specific gaming machines globally. And it didn't just work one way, with the help of non specific gaming machines, home consoles became Internet ready and utilized the power of online gaming, the once highly guarded trick of the Computer was now changing the landscape of home gaming forever.

Who knows what the next a couple of years will bring? Will the computer companies surpass user wishes and needs once again?
